On LCDs and small parts from Samsung, Sony, Huawei, Google pixel, Xiaomi, LG, Nokia, Motorola, Wiko & OnePlus you have a standard 3-month warranty.
When returning Samsung LCDs: always send your return shipment in the original packaging. Otherwise, we will not accept the return.

Conditions for warranty on parts:
Standard 3-month warranty applies to LCDs with dead pixels and to LCDs or small parts with manufacturing and technical defects;

 Incorrect deliveries and DOA? Always free returns!;

 Warranty does not apply to impact and fall damage;

 Customer description of each part is always required!;

Is there transport damage? If you have placed the wrong order or no longer need articles, you have no right of return.

Ferry Telecom AG reserves the right to assess and reject returns. Wrongful DOA reports, articles with assembly or user traces*, products not in new condition and articles not originating from Ferry Telecom AG will not be credited! The customer is always responsible for any damage incurred during return transport to Ferry Telecom AG.

* User traces are understood to mean: any and all visible damage (scratches, dents, etc) on the surface of the LCD, which indicates damage during repair/assembly or the use of the part by the end user.
